A Company Document Revision (RUPS) is the formal corporate process used to amend or update any official company documents or corporate data for a PT (Perseroan Terbatas) in Indonesia. All major changes to the company’s structure, capital, shareholders, or Articles of Association (Anggaran Dasar) must be approved through a Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS).

A RUPS is mandatory when making revisions to key corporate documents, including:
1. Change the company name
2. Change or update KBLI (business activity codes)
3. Add or remove shareholders
4. Make any amendments to the Company Deed (Akta Perusahaan)
5. Change the company’s registered address
6. Appoint or remove Directors and Commissioners
7. Approve the transfer or sale of company shares
8. Approve, reject, and officially record any increase or decrease in the company’s capital
